The doctor I have been seeing has taken a keen interest in my condition. She has kept me up to date with calls and text messages when any progress has been made with hospital referrals and test results. She has shown genuine concern in my case and has gone out her way to expedite referrals at the hospital. I feel I can totally trust her and her interest in trying to get me well again.

Crazy system to book appointment whereby you queue up at 7.30 in the morning to try and get an appointment for that day , do not understand why you can not call and book for a later date if not urgent

The Doctor I seen was Professional, very pleasant, caring and obviously wanted the best for me, on top of that she was very easily to understand as she explained things very well.

The staff was really nice and the doctor that I saw she was amazing and really helpful and reassuring I would highly recommend this doctor to others and the Receptionist was kind as well

This is a surgery that is part of a group of local surgeries. I was offered an appointment on the same day that I phoned. The practitioner that I was so helpful and thorough. She listened to everything I had said and had read my notes. She also examined me. She followed up with a referral and within a few days she phoned me with recommendations. I am very grateful.

This was my first visit to this practice, and I can't praise it highly enough. The staff were friendly, helpful and caring. The doctor who examined me was welcoming. The examination was thorough, with each step explained. I was treated with kindness and respect.

I have been so impressed with how helpful and courteous all the members of the team at Hollybrook surgery have been. I rarely have the need to see a doctor, but have visited the surgery twice in the last 2 weeks. On both occasions I have been seen by the same doctor, who has been at the practice for a number of years. I was so impressed with how empathetic he was regarding my symptoms and the time he took to explain why I have been feeling the way I have. He arranged for me to have a blood test which I was lucky enough to have done at a later time on the same day, which was such a bonus! I came away feeling cared for and very grateful to the dedicated and personable doctor and Nurse who looked after me.

Met with a nice nurse today and the experience that was given was tremendous felt lile goimg to the doctors when i was younger welcomed friendly and had no problem in helping me solve my symptoms cant ask for more

This was the first time I felt like someone cared about what I was saying and checked out my symptoms. Usually I cannot even get an appointment but this time the wait on the phone was just 1 hour and the service was perfect. I will definitely ask to see this guy again
