A huge thank you for the fantastic and efficient service I received at my recent visit. From reception to the Doctor, I could not have been more pleased with every aspect. It is so easy to run down our NHS. However, a free to all, comprehensive, delivery of world class health care, deserves praise. Additionally, everyone I interacted with, went far above & beyond, just doing their job. I was made to feel that my health was important and service was delivered in a friendly caring manor. I think what all of you do, is not only essential but a credit to our country. I thank you all. Paul Warburton

Rang drs, system down so spoke to receptionist she booked me an appointment for 9 the Dr was great really helpful and reassuring. Can't fault the care. Despite the system being down the staff did a brilliant job.

I completed an online request form to ask to adjust some HRT medication. I had to wait for a month for a telephone consultation which I didn't mind too much. The doctor who I spoke to didn't seem to know much about HRT and offered a type that I'm not sure I should have yet. They also told me that I should have a blood test before the medication could be prescribed. When I queried the advice they said they would speak to a colleague and call me back. When they called me back they gave me the correct advice but there was no explanation. I'd really wanted some clinical advice on what would be best for me. When I checked what had been prescribed it was an incorrect dose. I spoke to a receptionist who tried to tell me that it was because it was a new medication (it wasn't.) The medication did get re-prescribed but I'm still not sure that it's the correct dose but I have spent all day sorting this out. I know that GPs are under a lot of pressure but this just created more work for the practice and inconvenience for me. I didn't want to send in a formal complaint but I do think this needs looking at for safety reasons.

I saw Dr this afternoon to change one of my meds. We had a chat and my med was changed. Always a pleasure to have an appointment with the Dr I saw, such a gentleman Thank you

Very carefully conducted, succinct and to the point. Felt as though I really mattered and was not just a number. Felt very relaxed all the way through my visit.

was an appointment for my mental health and to speak about my medication and if i can up it. only lasted 3 minutes which in my opinion it should have at least been 10 minutes. i mentioned about not sleeping and the doctor shut it down straight away which i think is very rude

I'm sorry to hear that you did not feel you had a good experience at your appointment. A minimum of 10 minute is always allocated, so its unclear what happened here. If you still have questions about your health or any new questions or concerns, please do get back in touch and the team would be happy to pass your questions along to a GP to review.

Completed an on line form requesting a prescription on the morning of 05/02/24. Received a text offering a telephone appointment the same day. Dr rang pm discussed my issue and gave a prescription and advice for future management of the health issue

Communications were first class and my treatment was professional and friendly. Always seem to accommodate eventually but keep me informed on progress as well as delays. Working with system online is getting better.

My recent appointment went very well, the nurse was friendly and very efficient in taking my blood. She made me feel at ease and gave me time to get sorted so I didn't feel rushed out.
