When you have mental health problems, takes loads for someone to accept this and now is ready to go in a journey. Helping me in finding what type of mental illness I have. Doesn't help when you ring and they never have any appointments. Why do I need to ring super early in a morning playing russian roulette in trying to get one of these appointments with the GP. Complete puts you off even trying again as its hard enough ringing and tell the receptionist why you want the appointment to start with.

Difficult to get through to the practice, the phones just constantly ring with no answer. Patches has not been working for the last two days which would make getting through easier. In general difficult to prebook an appointment, always told you need to ring in the morning but for people who work that is very difficult.
