My Daughter has had the most upsetting experience today. We have been with this surgery for 35 years(for our sins). For some reason they struck her off their list and said she needed to attend the surgery with evidence she still lives at our address as they said they have sent letters which we she has not responded to which is a load of rubbish as we have not received any. She has a regular blood test which she had her last one 3 weeks ago, she suffers with anxiety and severe mental health issues among other health problems which she has taken medication for the last 22 years, we were unable to log in to order her medication online so rang the surgery to find out why, and they informed us my daughter had been taken off their list and refused to give her the medication until she went in with her forms of ID proving who she is!!! knowing doing so would cause her great distress, she asked if she could post them or email them but that wasn't acceptable, she has been in today and told that she will have to wait at least another week until she will be back on their list and therefore she has no medication. The practice manager needs to update her skills or lack of them, she has dealt with my extremely Vulnerable daughter in the worst way possible today, no understanding what so ever we have had no end of problems with this surgery, but stayed he more so for locality. Myself and the rest of my family will be moving to another surgery, enough is enough .I don't expect a response from the surgery, that would be far too much to expect!!!

Attended with my father, gp did not say hi I am.. we got in the door and Dr kept us near the door of his room, he stood looking g at us, not a how can I help you? I told Dr the problem he did a quick exam and given a urine sample bottle. Dr very blunt in his reply and out the door we were. 've never ever felt so unwelcomed going to see a Dr in my life. As a helthcare professional myself this is how not to treat patients. So disappointing. Reception staff are lovely and very helpful.

Been with this practice for along time now and have always received excellent service from them. Even through the pandemic the service has been brilliant.
