Absolutely disgusted to say the least this was my surgery since I was a child I have had on going scalp psyrisosis for nearly two my hair has fallen out bold patches and partially blame this surgery no care involved wrongly advised by there staff that you can have two doctors surgery's so I went to apply for another and then they kicked me out so that was a very obvious nasty move from one of there receptionist I'm left with bald patches, Absolutely damp right disgusted. I lost my appointment had to come of work for a little bit down to stress. I'm a woman with long hair feel depressed, ashamed, hopeless. Absolutely disgusting would not recommend at all!

  2. Review titled Unable to see a Doctor

Rated 1 star out of 5

Problem with pain in back and shoulder. Unable to see a Doctor just Clinician or Trainee Doctor. Problem started in October, had various scans blood tests, put on higher dosage of painkillers. Back pain improved but not shoulder and arm pain. Referred to Pain Management Clinic. By February pain in arm unmanageable offered stronger painkillers. Decided to go private full examination by a Doctor Ultra Sound ordered, nerve problem in the shoulder, cured by injection. All done in 4 days. Wished we had made that decision six months ago. This practice cannot cope with the number of patients used to be brilliant but not know. You cannot put a price on health, we were lucky we could afford to pay, but what about the thousands who can't. It should be our right to see a Doctor.

I was told to visit A&E after visiting a walk-centre for xray & bloods, waiting time 14hrs+. This practice arranged bloods within 5 days & appointment now received for my x-ray's. All staff at the practice were friendly and caring.

  7. Review titled Amazing service

Called this afternoon hoping to have an emergency appointment. Waited on hold for an hour but I didn’t mind as I needed to speak to someone and the hold music kept me Informed with how many people were in front of me. Spoke to a receptionist who was very friendly and put me straight through to speak to a clinician. The clinician assessed me over the phone and booked me in for an appointment the following day for blood tests. Absolutely amazing service from this surgery cannot fault them at all

After changing surgery after Surgery looking for a GP practice that would care about me ,my severe disabilities after a full I had some years ago. I have finally found a surgery that cares and are keen to help me. I believe I have not only best surgery in Hull but at last safe and reashored that I am now being cared for by a full team of medical staff that care about my health. The reception staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I am back to walking a few steps thanks to the nurse technician adjusting my medication within first week of joining the surgery. The amazing help has continued with every Doctor I have spoken to since. For me it's be very overwhelming the help and health care I have received. Thankyou so much.

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Took blood pressure readings in. Was given 9.40 for a phone appointment. It is now 10 past 2! Rang (caller number5) so had to hang up. Didn't want to miss call. Rang again caller number 3..I'll wait. You are still on the list! Guess my blood pressure a lot higher than the readings I took in! Whole day has been in limbo.

  10. Review titled Appalling

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 05 April 2023

Rang and asked for an appointment none available so asked for a call back explained my bowel movements had changed over last 3 months and was told I couldn't have a call as although it may seem urgent to me it isn't urgent. I am now having to go for a colonscopy. Also blood results came back yesterday and after 24 hours the still havent been checked. Some (not all) of the receptionist are not very helpful and their telephone manner leaves a lot to be desired. Always struggle to get an appointment is usually 2 -3 weeks in advance or you ring on the day and by 8.20 all appointments are gone.
