My cataract procedure was done in such a caring sympathetic way by all staff, from Reception to Consultant. I was dreading having this done but the reassuring comments from all concerned was great. Within 3 days of the procedure I had full sight back in my eye, so grateful to everyone.

Very caring and friendly people from the receptionists to the doctors and surgeons, Very professional people I felt safe in their care.

efficiency from walking in to walking out everyone friendly and made to feel at home On arrival was offered a cup of tea and a chat with reception then on to triage for preliminary checks . then into being checked over by the surgeon after which i had drops put into my eyes and a few minutes later was ushered into the operating area for the procedure to commence. Quite painless and efficient with an explanation what was being carried out constantly.. Into the discharge area to be instructed on how to use the drops etc f I then left the clinic seeing clearly for the first time in months in fact this place is a site for sore eyes

I was very impressed with the service - I couldn't fault it. Hardly any waiting time at the clinic; the staff, nurses & surgeons were extremely kind & helpful, explaining the procedure fully. I have had cataract surgery on both eyes & the results are amazing.

I have had both my eyes done at the Aston Cross Clinic and the experience was magnificent the staff and surgeon went above and beyond to make their patient feel comfortable i was not treated like a number but as a human being with privacy dignity and safety and they explained everything throughout my journey and they made me feel safe and at ease.

I had the above procedure carried out on my right eye recently at your Worcester practice. The location was easy to find and the staff were extremely friendly, competent, knowledgeable and professional. Efficiency was excellent with no undue delays. The treatment involved was utterly painless and my sight quickly improved afterwards. Highly recommend. Left eye to be treated shortly. A very impressive "set up". Thankyou.
