The receptionist doesn’t even want to listen to your issue and because she’s the mediator between me and the GP she passes wrong information every time. I tried so many time to raise concerns that I had to go to AE for treatments instead of being seen by my GP

11 year old son with very severe coughing to the point of dizzy spells and sickness and have to phone up at 8am to get any sort of appointment - I am a Dr of Clinical Psychology - I am disgusted at the lack of services from said surgery - reception etc.

I needed advice from a doctor but didn't get one face to face on the same day i called 8am was told to ring back Wednesday, after a spinal operation having trouble with walking, but willing to go with a friend for support in mobility was told by young receptionist to call back Wednesday this is disgusting after being there for 40 yrs. I couldn't see a G.P. my view in this situation was bad advice from staff, especially younger receptionist. Disgusting someone from management should look into this if long term patients remain their.

Had an appointment about an intimate issue. The doctor I saw listened and explained to me really well what he wanted to do, and was very sensitive about doing so. Couldn't recommend enough. I'd been worried about it for some time and put off going to the doctor, but feel so much better today having been.

Can’t fault this surgery at all, staff are polite and helpful, doctors listen and advise well, plenty of good communication. When I moved house one of my main concerns was changing doctors having been with the same one for many years, I had no reason to worry, I’m more than happy with all the services provided, if not better than what myself & my family previously received. An efficient, clean practice ran in a timely manner with appointments available.
