Very poorly managed gp surgery. I put in a complaint and the manager has not even got back to me for any apologies or explanation. This was 4 months ago. Went to see a nurse who told me to go to the chemist. Which I already had done. Passing the book instead of actually doing their job. I'm out of here!

My wife. Was taken into a&e over a week and a half ago I got her in with a chest infection the main reason was she had underlying mental issues which I flag up in this surgery but you after get past the reception team my wife since then has been put on a end of life plan by the hospital so I have basically fallen to pieces so the ward sister noticed this and said would it help if I got in touch with your surgery I sat while she rang up she on the phone for half an hour with the usual third in the cue got through to the reception I'm here with the husband of patient on my ward he's in a bit of a state can he get some sort help please the receptionist replied he could come in and see our chemist or I could give him a appointment for may the ninth the ward sister said is that the best you can do i said thanks for trying but I new what the reply would be. Took the bull by the horns twelve a clock that and rang 111 and God bless them they got me some proper professional help the next day unluckily it has to go through this surgery. My wife is to late to come out of this surgery now bless her I should have changed her surgery when it moved from gloster Street. I myself will be coming out of there soon has I can

Unable to get an appointment no matter what you phone about receptionist obviously have been told to turn everyone away as no matter what your issue( ie unable to breathe) doesn't warrant an appointment.
