   Tried to call as soon as opening times were available from 8-10am. And was met by a machine that said "we can not answer all calls, due to high volume, you can call 111, please call back at a less busy time. This call will be canceled". I rang at 8am, 8:05,8:11,8:16. Does anybody work here? Is there any option for a call back? No. Any other forms of contacting for an appointment, No. We all pay taxes for a broken system it seems. Please fix this as I have always admire the NHS when it works. Kind regards, Lynsey
