We prepared this statement in September 2020. We last reviewed it on 28 January 2026. Dig Inclusion last tested the website between 7 July 2025 and 14 July 2025. They performed an expert evaluation of a representative selection of NBS pages against all level A and AA success criteria of WCAG 2.2.
The audit confirmed that there are no outstanding critical or high-severity issues. This includes a pass for:
- focus order - components receive focus in a logical, predictable order
- keyboard operability - all parts of the service can be reached and used with a keyboard
- screen reader compatibility - content has a meaningful sequence and appropriate markup for assistive technology
