Who can use this service
You can get free Healthy Start vitamins if you have a Healthy Start card and are receiving Healthy Start payments.
You can get vitamins:
- for yourself, if you’re pregnant and up until your baby’s 1st birthday
- for your baby or child, from when they are born until their 4th birthday
