We've updated the NHS App to make it easier to use. If you're still using the old version of the app, you'll find vaccinations by selecting GP health record on the home screen.
Find out what's new in the NHS App
To view your vaccinations:
- Select Vaccinations.
- Select Your vaccinations.
This feature is not available for all users and depends on your GP surgery. If you do not see this option, you may be able to view vaccinations information in Appointment notes and other updates.
Incorrect or missing information
If any information in your vaccinations history is incorrect or missing, contact your GP surgery.
If you had a vaccination privately, it may not show as the NHS does not record private vaccinations. Contact your GP surgery to update this information.
