Whether you are pregnant or have recently given birth, pre- and postnatal exercise can be very beneficial.
In this 45-minute video for beginners, instructor Hester will help you to tone up, stretch and relax. You will need three pillows or cushions, a mat to lie on, and a blanket or large towel.
