NEW - GP2Pharmacy Service

Cleadon Park Pharmacy are now part of the new service GP2Pharmacy.  This enables GP reception staff to book fixed time appointments for suitable patients here at Cleadon Park Pharmacy as opposed to waiting for an appointment at their GP Practice.  You can be referred to a pharmacy if you have conditions that falls under the locally commissioned minor alment scheme, including coughs, colds and mild skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis.  Patients are also able to book an appointment with our pharmacist for regular check-ups.

Electronic Prescription Service

This pharmacy offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or “nominate” a pharmacy to get your medicines or appliances from. Your GP then sends your prescription electronically to the place you have nominated, this means:

  • If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving you time.
  • You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
  • You may not have to wait as long at the pharmacy as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared before you arrive.
