Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire (CPPQ)
Every year we undertake an annual patient survey to enable our patients to provide valuable feedback on the services we provide. The report of our survey results allows us to identify the areas where we are performing strongly, the areas for improvement and the actions required to address any issues raised by respondents.
We are grateful to everyone that participated in the survey. As the local independent pharmacy, we will continue to strive and deliver a professional service tailored to the needs of the community. We are delighted to provide our results here.
