Every year we undertake an annual patient survey to enable our patients to provide valuable feedback on the services that we provide. The survey, undertaken by all community pharmacies in England, is called the Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire. The report of our survey results allows us to identify the areas where we are performing most strongly, the areas for improvement and the actions required to address issues raised by respondents.   • Getting a ‘flu vaccination- see the film here
  • Heat your home to at least 18°C (65°F), if you can
  • Seeking immediate advice and help from a pharmacist as soon as you feel unwell, before it gets too serious
  • Keeping an eye on elderly or frail friends, neighbours and relatives
  • Getting prescriptions before Christmas Eve and taking your prescribed medicines as directed

Electronic Prescription Service

This pharmacy offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or “nominate” a pharmacy to get your medicines or appliances from. Your GP then sends your prescription electronically to the place you have nominated, this means:

  • If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving you time.
  • You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
  • You may not have to wait as long at the pharmacy as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared before you arrive.
