You can talk to PALS who provide confidential advice and support to patients, families and their carers, and can provide information on the NHS and health related matters.
The PALS department at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is called the 'Patient Services' department.
We always try to do our best for our patients, but we recognise that things may not always go according to your expectations.
Our aims are to:
- Advise and support patients, their families and carers on how to get their concerns dealt with
- Facilitate the resolution of your complaint
- Coordinate with departments to ensure your concern/complaint is effectively responded to
