Introducing Emily!

This is Emily, our latest addition to the dentist team at Rayner Dental Practice. The plan was for you to meet her in April but Covid 19 spoiled that! Instead she has been baking, learning yoga and doing cross stitch. She is now helping us man the phones and see emergencies for 3 days a week. The government advice still limits us to this and getting the correct PPE is still a problem for us. However, she is looking forward to meeting more of our patients as soon as we can. Please do call us if you have a dental problem

Good Morning from Rayner Dental Practice ??

You may have read the good news about when dentists are opening in June. Whilst this is welcomed, we are still a long way from offering our full range of services. Please hold off from calling us to make routine appointments.
Due to the social distancing and cross infection rules, visiting the dentist will be quite a different experience for the foreseeable future. Appointments will take longer and treatment is likely to be limited at first.

However, we are still able to provide a telephone emergency service if you have a problem. For those of you we have had to cancel or be put on an emergency list, we will be in touch in the next few weeks. You can also contact us via our website at www.raynerdental.co.uk if you have a non urgent query.

Tom, John, Alison and the team would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you back ????

Covid 19 Update 27/4/2020

Like all dental practices, we have had to postpone all dental treatment during the COVID 19 Pandemic. We understand this is inconvenient and it may mean that treatment timelines are extended. However, following the latest professional and government guidelines, we cannot see patients face to face. It is our responsibility to protect you, our valued patients, our team and our families. However, we are still able to assist our existing patients over the phone during our normal opening hours and will let you know as soon as we are able to see you again. We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time. Stay safe. Rayner Dental Practice.
