We are an NHS organisation employing around 5,700 staff made up of community nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians and many other healthcare professionals.

We are one of the largest community health providers in England, serving a population of approximately 1.4 million people, with a budget of £200 million.

Our services are currently funded mainly by NHS Kent and Medway to provide NHS care for you in your community.

We have 12 Community Hospitals. We also provide care in peoples own homes, nursing homes, health clinics, Community Hospitals, Minor Injury Units and mobile units.
