Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is a health and social care organisation providing integrated mental health and specialist learning disability services, and statutory social care services across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, and children’s community services in Peterborough.

We see around 25,000 people a year and employ more than 2,000 staff. Our main bases are at the Cavell Centre, Peterborough and Fulbourn Hospital, Cambridge, but our staff are based in more than 50 locations.

We are a University of Cambridge Teaching Trust and member of Cambridge University Health Partners (Academic Health Science Centre), working collaboratively with the University of Cambridge Clinical School.

CPFT is a partner in the first national consortium of leading mental health trusts providing secondary mental health services to serving Ministry of Defence and United States Air Force staff.

We also provide nationally recognised specialist services to people across the east of England and nationally.

Our mission
We deliver exceptional care that we are proud to recommend to our family and friends

Our values
Patients first – we focus on the needs of our patients. We aim to exceed their expectations by making every interaction count.

Our staff matter – we trust, value and develop each other. We build a great place to work, where people are inspired to be the best they can be.

Only the best – we have high standards in all that we do. We are uncompromising in our pursuit of excellence. We measure everything we do and share the data with others to judge. We expect that everyone will give the best they can.

Together, as one – we are good people to do business with. We value our teams and our partners and believe together we can achieve more. We focus our efforts only on what we can become best at.
