The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is one of the leading acute and community Trusts in the region. Employing more than 6,700 staff we provide a comprehensive range of district acute and specialist services for the people of Wolverhampton, the wider Black Country, South Staffordshire, North Worcestershire and Shropshire.
Nationally recognised for providing excellence in healthcare and one of only 7 Trusts in the UK chosen to be a showcase hospital for infection prevention we are justifiably proud of our achievements to date. Patient safety and quality of care are at the top of our agenda. We have achieved NHSLA level 2 for our general services and NHSLA level 1 for our maternity services. Our campaign to reduce Hospital Acquired Infections and save lives has significantly improved the quality of service for our patients. In 2012 we set the UK record with no cases of MRSA for 1142 days.
We recognise that patients have choices to make about where they seek treatment and we want our hospital to be your first choice.
