Community Pharmacy Patient Survey 2016-17
The Community Pharmacy Patient Survey is a national scheme run by NHS England. It aims to assess patients' experiences of the access and quality of care they receive from their Community Pharmacy.
The results for the survey for 2016-17 have now been published, and we are delighted to say that our results are very positive.
92% of patients who responded said that they found us to be excellent or very good overall. All patients responded to say the service they recieved from our pharmacist was very or fairly good.
We also achieved a very or fairly good response from 100% of our customers in answering queries, and the service recieved from other pharmacy staff.
The survey has identified some areas for possible improvement. While over 90% of people who responded said they found the pharmacy to be comfortable and convenient to wait for a prescription, this figure could still be higher and we are always looking into ways of improving the store for our patients. We have recently improved the windows and lighting and will continue to improve the pharmacy for our patients.
Overall, almost 70% of the people who responded said they would choose to visit Shoreham Pharmacy as opposed to any other pharmacy in the area.
Finally we would like to give a big thanks all the patients whom took part in this survery! We always welcome feedback and suggestions for ways to improve the patient experience at Shoreham pharmacy, so please let us know!
