I have recently been diagnosed with Cancer and needed to speak with a local pharmacy to check that they would have my medication in stock and that it could be delivered as I will need as soon as possible. Im currently titrating my Morphine. I chose Westpoint. I called at least 10 times yesterday and also sent an email. Telephone calls never got answered, last call being 8pm ish and no response to email query. Based on my experience as someone who is very poorly at the moment, I would not recommend this pharmacy. Excuses regarding being a busy pharmacy so telephone doesn't get answered is a you problem and should be dealt with asap as not a professional 'excuse' and excludes people who are unable to attend in person. Please dont use this as excuse, increase your workforce accordingly. National Health Service colleague here by the way and will be highlighting these issues with pharmacy governing body.

Thank you so much to the Pharmacist and staff at West Point Pharmacy they went the extra mile for me to obtain medicine I desperately needed on that day. I can't thank you all enough!

I have been to this pharmacy a few times, I have found the staff very rude and unhelpful, I wasn't even allowed in the shop, I had to pass my prescription through a hatch ( very unprofessional) wont be going back again.

We are open late 7 days unlike other pharmacy who closes at 6. You needed service out of hours expect to be served via hatch as it was only a single member of staff serving. If you want to contact us and tell is exactly what was rude about it we will be happy to discuss. Thank You for coming back a few times even though we were rude. Contact us with the nature of or examples of rudeness we will be happy to help.

Worst pharmacy in Manchester. Prescriptions are always delayed and medication given is always less than what is stated on the prescription. Medication given is of poor quality.

The rule of complain is to give chance to the service provider to mitigate any problems. A general comment such as ' they are the worst pharmacy' or 'giving poor quality medicine' without any evidence is hardly helpful. We cannot resolve a problem which we are unaware of.
