    There always seems to be an issue with my prescription I recognise that sometimes this is because of my GP. However there is never any good communication and the way I'm spoken to upsets and frustrates me. I often have other people pick up the prescriptions as I do not like attending the pharmacy because of the way I'm treated, they have also expressed frustration with the way they are spoken to. I understand that it can be busy and some customers can be rude but I always try to be polite. I have certain difficulties with my health both mental and physical which is noted and personally I feel like this has only made it worse.
