Mother in late 80’s got diagnosed with shingles GP phoned through, 3 days later still no delivery, wouldn’t answer the telephone, when nearest relative went to collect, Tim’s chemist lied and blamed gp surgery by saying only received the night before relative collected which was a total lie, people will be more accepting of an explanation of delay, but to lie and blame someone else for there mistakes is not a good way to deliver a service
