    We went in to get some items and were faced with a very rude lady who was moving and acting in a very rude way. This has happened several times and we seem to get nowhere with her. We will not be coming back to well pharmacy again.

    A complete lack of care for a patients needs, because there wasn’t enough medication for me I was given part of my prescription, now I need the rest I’m told my prescription is out of date and expired, these are controlled drugs I need every day! Sorry I can’t help you, nobody mentioned this to me at the time and now I’m left without, not bothered, very poor indeed

    Coop pharmacy birchwood. Went in to get sons prescription said computers down. Went back 2 days later and stood for 40 minutes to be told the computers have gone down again. Now my son has no medication. Staff were extremely unhelpful and inexperienced

    Diabetic. Never get my inulin pen Delivered on time. 8 times in last 12 months not Delivered. This is because the co op miss it of when they order my weekly dose box. Lm meant to get a new insulin pen every 4 weeks
