The pharmacist and assistant ignored the queue and chatted quietly between themselves with their backs to the counter. You get the impression they haven't had any customer service training and don't have the people skills to work in this kind of role - it felt like they were hiding in the back avoiding eye contact with anyone who might ask them to do something. The person standing next to me said they had done the same the day before and he had given up as the queue had been half way down the store. Maybe someone who enjoys working with the public should work in this store, as it can get busy.

Unprofessional staff,they seem to think they are above everyone .No customer service at all ,depends on your face & who u knows very rude no eye contact . Waited more than 45 mins twice and then they told you either they don’t have the medicine or they are going for lunch.Running after my repeat medications for more than 2 weeks not delivered when expected.Never ever I will go to this catford pharmacy this is the worst pharmacy I’ve been in all my life.
