Review titled charges double the price for otc medicine

Popped in to grab an otc lotion charged me £22, the other local pharmacy charged around £11 even in boots it's £11, clearly extorting students in local area, go to other pharmacies 5 minutes down the road and save yourself a lot of money.

Unexpectantly, the pharmacy decided to order my meds directly. I did not give consent to this, which I think is unethical. When I finally got round to request them to stop doing so in November because I seemed to be stockpiling medicine (only I know which drugs to order) I called in and asked for their ordering to be stopped. My request was ignored and I received more medication than necessary in December. I aked the delivery perrson to make sure this was looked into. Obviously this was not, though I was assured it would happen. I then set up an account with patient access, so I could order directly. My order was refused by my GP because, yet again, , against my express wishes, they had ordered a repeat prescription in February but not delivered by 15th March. Because of this I had run out of heart medication.. Admittedly my prescription was delivered that day after negotiations with my GP surgery and Star pharmacy, but I will not use them again. I have requested a change of pharmacy at my surgery.

Picked up medications was ready. In the bag on arrival to collect amazing service Thankyou…staff were very friendly and chatty..will definatley be visiting in the future!!
