I was day 5 into withdrawal symptoms from setraline and my physical and mentaI wellbeing was fragile. I was going for an emergency supply of medication after contacting 111 online. The pharamacist I don't know who she was commented stating oh no have you been sobbing more lately I will have to speak to your doctor but they should give you less and then made up that there was not a higher dosage when I know there is for a fact because I was offered it by my doctor bare in mind I was not asking her opinion etc I just wanted an emergency supply so I can get this sorted with my actual doctor ( I have moved address etc). She commented that I have obviously not been using my meds regulary as I should have got a new prescription sooner- I am sorry but she does not know the situation I have been in the last 3 months. She had decide from this I need less in her opinion of knowing nothing about me. After she had got all her opinions out she then proceeded to tell me she actually did not have access to my records so will speak to my doctor about getting me a review and changing my prescription ( not what I have asked this women to do) and I said it is fine I will speak to them myself tommorrow don't worry about it ( she has by this point refused to give me the medication I need and I have not been rude at all just tried not to cry as I am struggling by this point having been talked down to ) she then claims that as I have been referred to her by 111 I can't do anything and she will call me back.

Good job , nice staff to help people and great service quick for the costumer ,service is always good
