91 year old neighbour did not hear delivery yesterday and a note left telling her to call to rearrange. We'll I have tried to get through today,first time 50 mins second 30 mins still not got through. Very angry and frustrated

I have just spent the last 75 mins at position 2 in the phone queue and when my turn finally came after 1 1/2 hrs the phone was put down on me. I phoned again only to be at position 2 again. It would have been quicker to walk there just on the off chance they might have finally sorted my medication but as I have terrible pain in my knees and hips i thought I would phone first. I will never recommend this pharmacy, the service is shocking and more often then not when they have my prescription it's either missing things or just hasn't been done. I waited almost 4 months earlier in the year for my monthly meds and they still weren't done and some of it was missing. I am not in the slightest bit impressed. I will be transferring to Pill Time from now on as at least they are on time, get delivered to your door and are correct. There are loads of staff at St Aldhelms that seem to do precious little all the time

Had a prescription sent through to this pharmacy after a consultation at the doctor's surgery. Had to queue for a while but they were serving people as fast as they possibly could given how busy they were. Staff were polite, efficient and made up my prescription for me while I sat and waited. The pharmacist was extremely helpful when answering questions I had about my medication. Excellent service under difficult circumstances given how many people in the town they serve!

I arrived for a Covid vaccination which I had pre-booked, I was there for an hour and so were a lot of older people, when I asked the woman where I was on the list she totally and utterly ignored me, most people ended up walking out, in the end I said this is ridiculous to the woman and walked out myself, everyone was angry

I've been calling the pharmacy for the past two days due to them messing up my prescriptions once again. Every month something seems to be happening which it shouldn't. I called up a few days ago and asked for my levothyroxine 25mg and 75mg to be put in the robot together outside as I needed them. The women said that was fine and I had a text to pick up. I picked it up and when I got back home realized they only gave me the 25mg and not I've spent two days trying to get hold of them whilst at work and the don't seem to answer the phone. I also explained to the women on the phone when she read out the prescriptions she was going to put in the box that I wasn't on mebeverine and haven't been for the past 2 years and yet she still put it in the box? This is such a waste and someone else could of had these. I had two boxes put through. There really needs to be further training and better systems as it's ridiculous

Abandon hope ye who enter here. Long waits, slow service, muddles with scripts and drugs often unavailable. If you ever manage to see a doctor prepare to wait for your medicine here.
