I had difficulty getting my prescription across from my GP. I panicked and was almost in tears as the lady on the phone told me she could do nothing. The Pharmacist intervened and helped sort out my prescription medication. I have another pharmacy just 2 minutes from my house, but I prefer Shrives which is 25 minutes away because of their dedication to their customers. I will recommend them anytime any day

Don’t waste your time with other chemists looking for something specific, Shrives always well stocked up on items others didn’t have on more than one occasion! Friendly, professional help always.

I use this pharmacy on a monthly basis, together with my husband to access repeat and ad hoc prescriptions. Over many years, every month, without exception, we receive a professional , yet friendly, caring service, where the staff go out of their way to chase up prescriptions and give reassurance and appropriate advice, when asked. We use the service to provide our annual flu inoculation and can easily find a convenient day and time for the appointment. The private consultation area is perfect for this. This pharmacy provides a great example of an efficient, professional service that is a model of best practice for the NHS to emulate and celebrate.

Shrives are always reliable, with staff always willing to help and ask how you and your family are noticing that not just you but members of your family have medication ready to be collected - despite being very busy, they put themselves out and not just with prescriptions, but advice, necessary vaccinations and all round store availability in a quick efficient manner - 100%.
