    Disorganised at time of visit. Not given vaccine information leaflet at time of being Covid booster and had to go back and ask for it. Information about booster dose has not been updated on my NHS record despite me going back to them several times and giving them my information all over again. Today I was told “it’s with Head Office - we had a glitch and lost a lot of people’s records in September”. Very poor response and no sense of urgency to help amend the situation.

    I attended in September to get my booster, i was not given any information about the vaccine i had been given. Now over 3 months later my records have still not been updated. I have called, but constantly get a busy tone. Do Not go here for your booster

    Dear Patient, I apologise for the experience that you may have had at the time however when this service was introduced it was new to most pharmacie. I believe our staff coped well given the circumstances, we were actually open when a lot of surgeries would not even see their patients. People forget the support that we provided , our staff also have families to go back home to . They put their lives at risk when in close counter with patients. Occasionally things go wrong due to perhaps human error or technical issues- I obviously cannot tell however our service was great when you consider we also have to continue working under difficult covid conditions unable to get medicines staff shortages etc. Its always worth taking a second look from someone else's prospective to understand what may have gone wrong instead od simply criticising the staff who do work extremely hard and long hours. Our system has been improved now that we have had some experience of dealing with Covid, whereby the patients details reach your doctors within a short period time often within hours.

    They never pick up the phone, my prescription never ready on time. Always short of staff. You can notice the poor communication between them..
