Some of my prescription was missing, pharmacy is consistently not answering the phone, spent whole mornings trying, just constant message to try later, this really is not good enough.

I recently had a an unexpected hospital procedure which required ordering products from my GP that I needed quickly but which were not readily available at my local chemist - Davidsons Pharmacy in Clackmannan. The staff at the chemist were extremely helpful and efficient in sourcing the products on time. We received a call at home informing us of their arrival.

A personal Thank you to the Pharmacist @ Peter Morgan Chemist in Dyserth, on Saturday when no surgery was open or doctor to be seen, I went along to the chemist where I had a personal consult with the Pharmacist and he promptly diagnosed and prescribed medication to ease my discomfort, thank you so much after the initial application my symptoms became much better 😊 above and beyond and exceptional service.

I was finding it hard to get a lift to pickup my medication and I told them this but fortunately for me this pharmacy sent an employee to deliver my prescription, very caring practice.

Completed a form at Pierremont Pharmacy before Covid injection given but not given information leaflet until after injection. Leaflet clearly states that the leaflet should be carefully read before the covid injection!!!

Long queue every visit, shortage of prescription medicines, unfriendly staff and rarely willing to explain the reasons for any of these problems!

Always long wait and delays in getting prescriptions. Donot text you qhen prescription ready. Always running short on meds so you end up making two trips and even during second trio you have to wait long.

It is not my usual Pharmacist .They were generally polite but one was more friendly than the rest .The seating was comfortable though not spacious . I received the medication pretty quickly . So overall it was o.k .
