   False promises, constantly change of what’s being said, no one seems to know what’s going on, medication not being prescribed to a standard even ok enough, lies about having medication then not having it, to having it today, delivered tommrow, etc etc, really poor service, not being able to take my prescription to pick up my medication somewhere else, because it’s half been processed, false promises in them calling up other pharmacies for the medication, I called up pharmacy’s my self for them, yet when I called them back I was told they now aren’t able to give it to me from a different pharmacy, due to all of this I am having crazy withdrawals, over a week unmedicated, and not being able to get help from anywhere including 111. Very disappointed, angry n upset, I wouldn’t reccomened

   Hi As we have explained to you when you called your item has been unavailable from the wholesalers. We have continued to order it on a daily basis but unfortunately we cannot control stock supply from other companies. We advised you of this already and advised you to speak to your gp to obtain a fresh prescription which you could take to another pharmacy. We are unable to return a prescription which you have already had a partial supply against. Whilst we attempt to order your medication daily, our advice to you remains the same which is to contact your gp and obtain a treatment prescription if you are in urgent need of you medication.
