I have no reservations about the core service here - they are generally good at handling prescription requests,the staff are polite and friendly and I think they try quite hard. I have, however, found that the administration could sometimes be better. On two or three occasions I have not received a text message informing me that my prescription was ready because a member of staff forgot to send it. I am also not wholly happy with their app which appears to have some issues as, for instance, today when it emailed me to say my prescription was ready for collection only for me to discover (after a special trip by foot) that it wasn't as the pharmacist had gone out without signing it off. These are communication issues rather that clinical ones but they are important and it would be a pity if they diminished what is otherwise a good service.

What an understanding, caring and compassionate pharmacist! First time visiting here, in a lot of discomfort from a UTI. I was given treatment within minutes. Thank you very much.
