   First time using this pharmacy to collect my prescriptions. Only issue I have is that initially I had to order my medication through castle meadows website, I requested several times for the medication to be repeated and each time this was ignored until I got a phone call from a pharmacist to arrange for it to be repeated. I even asked when purchasing my medication for it to be repeated to which they couldn’t do. Another annoying thing is not knowing when the medication is ready, working shifts is hard to know when to collect. It would be easier for a lot of people if they could either send a text message or email to say they’re ready. I couldn’t collect my medication for over a week due to work, and eventually it was delivered to my house, even though I pay for my prescription I didn’t have to this time. Hopefully this review is monitored and something gets done about it!
