Visited twice recently for travel vaccinations - booked online via Patient Access app, seamless and easy system (if a little pricy, but no different to other options) The pharmacist who administered the vaccinations on both occasions was excellent, thoroughly professional but also very friendly - a hard balance to strike sometimes. After a short wait while other customers were served (and I had arrived a few minutes early) in both occasions, I was taken to a small, private room and talked through the process, before the vaccination was given. I was then provided a paper record of the vaccinations, and advised of appropriate aftercare if needed. Having been let down at short notice by another local provider, I would happily return to Jade Pharmacy (and did!)

Due to difficulties clarifying my mother's prescription, this became a long drawn out process with multiple emails and discussions with GP. The Jade team throughout were so responsive, compassionate and professional in their support of my concerns and difficulties getting clear answers from GP . Since last year when my mother became unwell they have consistently been so helpful patient and tolerant. have nothing but praise for them. I have professional knowledge of NHS and they have really excelled. Often when waiting to be served I see their professionalism when dealing with people.
