    I arrived at the pharmacy this evening and they were in the process of closing. I asked if they could help me, and they welcomed me into the shop. They then proceeded to sort out the medication for me. I found the staff to be both friendly and professional. It’s so nice to actually receive a quality service! Very professional And I highly recommend them. Thank you!

    Wrong medicine given (for conjunctivitis). When I went back to the store 5 minutes later to get the correct medicine, the medicine originally purchased was taken from me and opened. It had not been opened prior to this. After it was taken and opened, it was explained that medicine couldn’t be returned( an understandable policy) but now the medicine I purchased could no longer be taken home and used as the dropper had been touched with unclean hands. I then proceeded to buy the eye ointment I had originally requested which the first sales person did not know existed. There was no apology for the error and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I will not be using the pharmacy again. Please be very clear with the pharmacy about what you want to buy and double check what you have been given before paying.

    Knowing this is a 24/7 practice, have found it very helpful when needing something urgently/short notice/out of hours. Pharmacists always knowledgeable and helpful. Managed to get a Covid vaccine there recently - hardly felt it, only reaction was a slight tenderness at the site of the vaccine afterwards. Would recommend this Pharmacy.
