I decided to use this pharmacy for my COVID spring vaccination, very professional and friendly. Asking all the relevant questions. They are very well organised.

Very efficient Practice on time appts very competent Practitioner repeat prescriptions dealt with very quickly and text messenging service to collect tablets 24hour is very much appreciated

The staff administering my Covid injection we very pleasant efficient and informative. I would recommend the Graham Young pharmacy for this medical procedure

Phoned at 0930 as I needed my ears syringed urgently, I was very deaf and my local medical centre doesn’t provide this service on the NHS . I was given an appointment for 1100 when I attended this centre and had both ears syringed very quickly and painlessly at very reasonable cost . Very quick and hassle free service . Thank you

Web page still refers to the med advisor app to request repeat prescriptions. But the app was withdrawn in January 2024 and no longer supported in the UK

I have received phone call from the pharmacy as was referred by doctor, the ring was not even 2 times more of a missed call and they have referred me back to my doctors. My suggestion is to consider that not everyone will run to pick up their phones in such a short time, please let someone reach the phone, as it is very poor service, when I called the pharmacy I was not even able to explain ( they simply asked for my name and told me to wait) which I have been told you have been transferred back okay thank you bye. I understand it’s a busy service but have some sympathy to your customers

Attended walk in coved vaccination service late afternoon on a cold and wet day. Received an excellent prompt service in what can be described as a modern newly furnished chemist. The personnel dealing with me were excellent. Road parking and car park facility. Thank you.

Walk-in Covid-19 vaccination service was thorough yet quick and easy. Very courteous and respectful service. Short wait to be served and then handled professionally and efficiently.

I have never been to this pharmacy. As my drs was not doing the Covid vaccinations, I rang this pharmacy this morning and was told no appointment necessary, to just come along and we would be seen. We arrived to a wonderful bright airy building, We saw an absolutely wonderfully helpful receptionist and the kindest, friendliest, professional clinicians who painlessly administered the vaccination. No fuss, no hassle just amazingly good service. I Highly recommend this pharmacy.
