   This pharmacy claims to be open from 9am - 6pm on Saturdays. What they don't tell you is that they close from 2pm - 3pm. Despite phoning them to confirm the prescription for my sick mother was ready to collect, and telling them that someone would be collecting today, no one told decided to tell us this. Now, having worked in community pharmacy myself for over 10 years, I know that pharmacies are required to make sure all details listed on this NHS site are accurate. Clearly if they can't manage such a simple task, it doesn't give me a lot of faith in the other services they seem to run!
