This pharmacy is terrible at customer service. Customers are ignored, whilst at least 4 employees potter in the background. Customers in front of customers always have issues and these are never rectified promptly. This pharmacy have recently restocked and repriced all there shop products; most prices are wrong when scanned and a quick visit often turns into a drawn out, painful experience.

I never do reviews but this chemist used to be so friendly and never been a problem but has gotten worse every time I enter. Customers are ignored while the staff are busy behind the pharmacy counter when they enter and queue. At least 5/6 staff and still ignored and when customers come to collect prescriptions that are never ready although we are text to say ready.
