The phone just rings out continuously for over an hour when they are definatly open. Not even engaged , it just rings out.

Went to this pharmacy for my prescription to be told they cannot get it in stock so i had to speak to the doctor to arrange an alternative, once this was sorted i asked for a delivery of the new medication which did not arrive after a week of waiting. I then went back to the pharmacy to question this to be told i was not down as a delivery - so no one had communicated my request to the appropriate colleagues! I then asked to collect my prescription while i was there only to find out it had to be ordered in! How on earth is this acceptable practice of a pharmacy! Absolutely nothing but stress i have now taken my prescription elsewhere and will not be going back to this pharmacy!
