The pharmacist was utterly professional and kind at all times. I felt I was in safe hands and that he really cared. Broadway Market are blessed to have a chemist of this calibre. If I lived in the area this would definitely be my go to. I can't thank you enough.

The pharmacist is caring, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, always available for health advice. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Great pharmacy, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

Our family have had 3 pharmacist phone appointments over the last month via our GP Surgery. Called back every time, antibiotics prescribed twice and collected immediately. The last time was when our second daughter started showing strep a symptoms (our first daughter had it the week before) on Xmas eve afternoon. They close at 5.30, we rang at 5.15 and explained and the pharmacist waited late for my husband to arrive and had antibiotics ready for him. He also gave my husband his personal mobile number and said he would have it switched on 10-2 on Christmas Day if we had any concerns about our daughter. An absolute diamond and they do really care.

Always looking to help the patients / customers find a solution to their needs in this ever pressurised NHS environment. I am travelling and have forgotten a critical medication I need, the Drs are defaulting to process whereas Clark’s are able to put the patient first and work out a solution, thank you.
