   Had prescription sent to bromyard pharmacy this morning by docs at 8.30am, wasn't ready by 12pm when I went to collect, explained that I was desperate for the prescription today so needed it later that day. Went back at 4pm to collect and still wasn't ready, when I asked why it wasn't ready because it's been there all day I was told rudely "well you're not the only customer around here" I found them very rude and very slow with the prescription. I will have to go without the prescription now because I wasn't able to get back to the pharmacy in time before they closed. Will definitely not ever be using this pharmacy again, I will travel to hereford to collect from now on, wasting fuel all because the staff in bromyard pharmacy are very rude and not quick in doing their job.
