I’ve been in the area for just 3 months and in that time my very complex prescription has alway been ready on time without fault. I have even been served with an uncommon medicine the same day I phoned them. Excellent service, care and professionalism shown at all times. I would put this branch at the top end of any chemist I have used in my so far long and happy life.

A member of staff was unwilling/unable to seek a solutions to a prescription item that has been outstanding for weeks. The response was "I've tried and I don't know when it will be in" When I contacted the Lancaster branch within an hour of my visit the item was in fact available on the system to order (15/08/2022) and is expected tomorrow. The Caton pharmacy was empty but the staff member made no attempt to make an accurate up-to-date check on stock and ordering.
