   I was shocked at the state of the pharmacy as it was abjectly dirty and looked as though it has not been cleaned for a month, with debris all over. A crate with stock of all descriptions was stood in the middle of the floor in the public area. I ordered my prescription on Sunday 09/04, and when I presented this afternoon at 3 (Thursday12/04), my prescription wasn’t ready and I was told to come back after 30 minutes. When I asked why this was the case as I had ordered my prescription on Sunday, I was told they were very behind. I did as I was asked, and returned after 30 minutes. My prescription was still not ready and had to be checked by the pharmacist. When I eventually received my prescription, a few tablets of 3 items were short. Whilst I was sitting there another patient was also told they were short on certain items. I have never anywhere in the entire United Kingdom visited a worse presented pharmacy. I will most definitely nominate another service for future, but do think that for other patients benefit this service should be scrutinised as something somewhere is very wrong.
