Whatever day or time you go in here the wait time is shocking 20 mins to que to ask for your prescription then when you get through that 30 min queue you are expected to wait another 45 for them to put your prescription together, never any apologies either really shocking and it’s been like this since covid

This Chemist has one customer service agent serving customers. This causes King delays and a Queue out side of the shop at busy periods. To day I had one customer in front of me when I walked in. I waited over 10 minutes to get served. Because the customer in front of me didn’t know what medication he should have. This should have been recognised by the shop manager and a second member of staff sent to the front desk to help. When I left there was a queue of people waiting to be served.
