    Reception lady greeted and was polite, mentioned my name for prescription no problem sit down. 45 minutes later after several people been served, waited and took their prescriptions I was still waiting. I was asked what name I’m I writing for, I said the name, I over hear o I forgot that one.. my reaction was really?? After waiting so long? Next minute a petty noise from a staff member, which continued. I have no felt so belittled as I was police and waited with patiently to be treated like this. Then the pharmacist mentioned we don’t have it in stock… even after waiting such a long time. I work in the health industry and have never come across a rude member of staff. We are trained to be polite and to give reassurance to a person who’s waiting for so long not make them feel unappreciated.
