    4 members of staff and only 1 person serving as usual Wait around for 15/20 mins as the staff have more interest talking between themselves about Christmas shopping. On a side note i am yet to see this pharmacy stick to its opening times my last 3 visits I have had to wait till nearly 910am for what display on the windows as a 9am open time.

    My typical monthly experience at this pharmacy is: 1. Queue 15-20 minutes only to be told that my prescription has not been received electronically from my GP, despite having been informed that the prescription is already at the pharmacy 2. Go back the next day and queue 15-20 minutes (again) to be told that the prescription has arrived but they have not had chance to fill it 3. Go back later in the day or the next day, queue 15-20 minutes (again!) to be told that most of the prescription is ready but I'll have to come back to collect the balance - they can't say when that will be and I've given up trying to phone them as the time on hold is interminable 4. Go back after a couple more days and collect the balance of my medications (after queueing, you guessed it, for 15-20 minutes) So, 4 return trips by car, hours spent standing in queues while staff mill around gossiping with each other or their favourite customers. These people have utter contempt for their customers.

    Agree with previous post about everything. Slow and poor service with lots of chatting (seemingly unrelated to job in hand) by serving staff and again seemingly no perception of long queue, often out the door. Air of a poorly run supermarket where staff talk across checkouts constantly. Disorganised system of finding prescription, no concern about not having prescription ready (usually go to collect a week after ordering), little concern about not having stock. I would be reprimanded or worse if I gave this service level at work.

    Lack of communication. Always long wait times without being advised. Blasé about not having meds in stock or when they will be in. Can hear staff discussing confidential information and making comments about patients and their medications. Rude, inattentive and unprofessional.
