I phoned to book a Covid booster Instead of answering the call they rejected the call This happened 3 times then they Left the phone engaged so Unable to contact them

Dear Mr Traynor, I am sorry that you had so much trouble getting through to the pharmacy by phone recently. The team are currently extremely busy during the day with many patient visits for both Covid and Flu vaccinations in addition to our normal workload. In addition we receive numerous calls from members of the public such as yourself about vaccinations. Even our two lines become engaged occasionally and I am sorry about that. Finally, although they might be engaged, I can assure you that we would never put our phones off the hook. For future reference, our telephone numbers are 0333 777 5777 (free) or 0161 766 4242. Unfortunately, we are unable to book a Covid vaccination for you at the branch. To do this you would need to call 119 (option 1) or visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/you. Alternatively, we are able to vaccinate walk-ins. We are open from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm but closed for lunch from 12.30pm to 1.30pm if you are going to walk in on spec.
